| Hi! My cat was groomed by Alana yesterday, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to meet her myself. I'll catch her next time! I just wanted to let you know that she did a great job! She apologized to my boyfriend for not getting his hind quarters as perfect as she would have liked; he was matted and being fussy. Honestly, mats or no mats, this is the best grooming job he ever had! There are no clipper tracks, and he's perfectly even everywhere. I don't even care that much if the job is perfect, because I do it less for style than to keep my house less furry. That said, she did such a great job that I felt compelled to let you know. | Hi Lori, I just picked Bijou up from being groomed at Simply Dogs and i wanted to write to let you how happy i have been with the grooming services. Alana is very skilled in her career, and has consistently done an amazing job - she really listens to what I'd like to see, and is able to capture that perfectly. Every time i pick Bijou up at Simply Dogs, she looks (and smells) BEAUTIFUL. I appreciate that you always return my calls and are able to get bijou in for an appointment quickly. I know bijou appreciates how quiet and relaxing the salon is, and the individual attention she gets from Alana. She leaves relaxed, not stressed.
